A Consulting Project That Became a Business
Bizteon didn't start with a business plan. It started with a problem worth solving.
In 2010, I was working as an independent process consultant with a logistics company in Houston helping redesign a critical business process. It was a complex initiative — the kind that required not just good thinking but a capable team to implement it. The client didn't want to outsource the work, so I brought the team. We delivered the project. And somewhere during that engagement, Bizteon was born.
As we worked with more businesses, we started seeing a pattern. A frustration that ran deeper than any single project or technology. Every new client had the same story: the only alternative to building technology in-house was outsourcing it, and most outsourcing companies worked different timezones, operated as a separate disconnected team, assigned junior engineers to complex problems, and defaulted to "it's a product limitation" the moment a requirement pushed beyond the ordinary. And the business paid the price.
My answer to that was simple. If you can think of a problem, we can build the solution.
So, we first establised the culture in our team that technology can address any problem that can be articulated. Then to support this culture, we built a Centre of Excellence model where every development team was backed by a domain expert whose sole role was to guide design decisions, unblock technical challenges, and ensure that "it can't be done" was never an acceptable first answer.
It was a simple idea. But it changed everything — the quality of our deliverables, the confidence of our teams, and the trust our clients placed in us.
'We can do it' became Bizteon's founding principle — and it still drives everything we do today.
From Process Consulting to AI-Driven Transformation
What started as a BPM and process improvement practice has evolved significantly over 15 years — always driven by where the technology was going and what our clients needed most.
We built our proprietary SimplyBPM platform to give mid-market clients enterprise-grade process capabilities without enterprise-level licensing costs. We expanded into RPA when automation became the fastest path to operational efficiency. We added App Development, Cloud, and DevOps as our clients' technology stacks grew more complex.
And in 2025, we took our most significant step yet — building a dedicated AI practice focused on AI Agents, Agentic Automation, and AI-Driven Process Redesign. Everything we had learned about process consulting, delivery methodology, and technology implementation converged into something new: our ACE Framework — a structured, proven approach to transforming traditional workflows into adaptive, intelligent platforms.
Bizteon today is not the company it was in 2010. But the founding principle hasn't changed. If you have a problem, we can provide the colution and the strategy to stay competitive.

A Different Kind of Technology Partner
Today, in the age of AI, the pace of technology delivery has changed fundamentally — and traditional outsourcing simply hasn't kept up. Sprint cycles that once ran for months have compressed to weeks, then to days. Clients expect turnaround in hours. Businesses are expected to ship updates daily. Timezone gaps, disconnected teams, and slow delivery cycles are no longer just frustrating — they're business-critical problems.
At Bizteon we understood this shift early. Our consultants and engineers are AI-native — they don't write boilerplate code anymore. They architect, they design, they make decisions, and they let AI handle the heavy lifting of implementation. The result is smaller, leaner teams that move faster, deliver more, and cost less than a traditional development team of twice the size.
This isn't about replacing people with AI. It's about putting your best people in the highest-value roles — and using AI to eliminate the work that was slowing them down.
AI-Native Delivery
Our consultants and engineers use AI tools as a core part of their workflow — compressing timelines, reducing team size, and delivering more working software per sprint than traditional development models allow.
Built for Today's Pace
Daily deployments. Weekly sprints. Real-time responsiveness. Our delivery model is designed around the speed modern businesses actually operate at — not the pace of a decade ago.
Full Participation. Full Accountability.

Process Before Technology
We understand your business before we write a line of code. Our process consulting roots mean we solve the right problem — not just the most obvious one.
